Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Your Friendly Hacker, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience, whether you’re purchasing an eBook or a custom-made physical product. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


📚 1. Digital Products (eBooks)

  • All eBook purchases are final and non-refundable.

  • Due to the downloadable nature of our digital products, we do not allow cancellations, exchanges, or refunds once the purchase is complete.

  • If you experience technical issues while downloading your eBook, please contact us at support@yourfriendlyhacker.com for assistance.


📦 2. Physical Products (Made-to-Order)

All physical products, including but not limited to mugs, mousepads, gaming pads, stickers, magnets, bottles, planners, notebooks, notepads, badges, sippers, tumblers, steel bottles, keychains, caps, and apparel (in the future), are custom-made after your order is placed.

✅ Returns & Replacements (Eligible Cases)

You are eligible for a free replacement only if:

  • The item arrives damaged, broken, or with misprints or quality defects

  • You report the issue within 7 days of delivery

  • You provide:

    • A proper unboxing video (starting from seal breaking)

    • Clear photos showing the issue and original packaging

Upon verification, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost. Refunds are provided only in rare cases if replacement is not possible.

❌ Returns/Refunds Not Applicable For:

  • Change of mind or personal preferences

  • Incorrect product size, color, or design selected

  • Orders delayed but delivered within the standard 7–15 business day window

  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping address or contact details

  • Items such as stickers, magnets, or badges, unless damaged or misprinted

  • Products received in perfect condition but opened or used


🔁 3. Return Process (Only for Approved Claims)

  • Once approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged within 5 days of delivery

  • Reverse shipping charges may apply, depending on the case

  • Only the defective item(s) need to be returned (not the entire order)


🚫 4. Undelivered Orders

If your order is undelivered due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept, or non-availability, it will be returned to us.

  • The order will not be reshipped automatically

  • You may place a new order with corrected details to receive the product again

  • Shipping fees from the original order will not be refunded


💸 5. Cancellation Policy

  • For digital products (eBooks): Cancellations are not allowed once payment is completed

  • For physical products: Since items are made to order, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed

  • If you made a mistake, please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. We will try our best to help, but changes are not guaranteed once production begins


💰 6. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue is due to our error


📌 7. Additional Notes

  • Claims made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted

  • Claims without a valid unboxing video and clear photos will be rejected

  • Your Friendly Hacker reserves the right to approve or deny refund/replacement requests after case review

  • In the event of disputes, our decision will be considered final
