1. Digital Product Delivery (eBooks)

  • eBooks are delivered via instant download immediately after a successful payment.

  • A download link is sent to your registered email address.

  • Please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t receive the email within a few minutes.

2. Physical Product Delivery (Merchandise)

Our physical products such as mugs, mousepads, stickers, planners, notebooks, tumblers, bottles, caps, and (in future) clothing are made-to-order after your purchase and shipped directly to your Address.

✅ Estimated Delivery Timeline:

  • India: 7 to 15 business days

  • USA: Coming Soon

  • For other countries (coming soon), delivery timelines will be mentioned during checkout.

  • Some delays may occur during high-demand seasons or due to unforeseen logistical issues.


3. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • All physical products are printed and packed after an order is placed.

  • Orders are dispatched after quality checks and packaging are complete.

  • You will receive an email notification once your order is shipped, including tracking details.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees vary based on the product type, quantity, destination, and shipping method.

  • Shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout before payment is made.

  • For combo purchases (e.g., multiple stickers), shipping is calculated per item due to packaging and fulfillment policies.

  • We are working to offer bundled shipping rates and international shipping options in the near future.


5. Delivery Partners

We use trusted logistics and courier partners for safe delivery of all physical merchandise. In rare cases, delays due to weather, customs, strikes, or courier issues may occur. We appreciate your patience in such situations.


6. Undelivered or Returned Orders

  • Undelivered or Returned Orders (RTO)
    If an order is undelivered due to incorrect address, incomplete contact details, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, it will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO) and sent back to our facility.

    Please note:

    • The returned item cannot be reused or re-shipped

    • To receive the product again, you must place a new order, and pay the full cost of the product and shipping again

    • Neither the product cost nor the shipping fee from the original order will be refunded

    We urge customers to carefully check their address and ensure availability to receive the delivery.


7. International Delivery (Upcoming)

We will soon enable international delivery for selected products.

  • Delivery timelines and shipping fees will vary by country and product type.

  • Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be covered by us.
